Topic: RtR or gate crash?

Title says it all buying a booster box of one or the other which would be better with the leaks on scg growing I'm not sure which is note likely to produce more money in cards, any ideas? Maybe a dark ascension our inn or something else in that price range

I would buy gatecrash, hold onto the shocklands and sell everything asap.

Stick with RTR. Nothing in GTC looks like it's playable outside of standard beyond the shocks so far.

Good thing we know so much about the set. Under a third of it is spoiled so far... And there will be overhyped cards in Gatecrash you can sell and pick back up after they tank. Just like with every other set printed. __________________

Both planeswalkers and over half of the mythics have been spoiled so far. Most of the playable cards are at common or uncommon right now. At least with RTR you have established, valuable cards. It's entirely possible that GTC has more value that Angel of Serenity, Jace AoT, abrupt decay, verdict, deathrite, smiter, dreadbore, return, revelation, and detention sphere... but call me a cynic.

One thing worth considering; a box of gatecrash might be cheaper than a box of RtR due to the pre-order price wars.
