I'm pretty sure Mental Misstep is banned in Legacy.

If you are playing an "infect deck" why are there cards like Progenitus, Reaper King, Muddle the Mixture etc in it?Unless I am missing something. Where are your infect creatures (Besides Glistners)? Mono Green Infect works pretty well. Giant Growth, Invigorate, Mutagenic Growth, and even Ranger's Guile should be in here. Also run: Viridian Corrupter, Plague Myr, Necropede etc... Like I said, unless I'm missing some new fangled deck, it looks like you have a bunch of "other stuff" clunking around in there. Hope any of this helps. ~MM __________________ Blah, blah, blah werewolf. Smackity-smack not a werewolf. Suspicious of this fruit loop. reaper king and progenitus are in there to pitch to the blazing shaol and summoner's pact fetches them. muddle the mixture fetches the shoal or living wish. it isn't so much infect as it is a combo deck. wind turn two or three regularly.

The slightest disruption is going to wreck your day. The build you have may be consistent, but no deck worth its salt is going to just leave you alone the first few turns while you combo off. If you want to combo this you need some blue protection. Brainstorms, Ponders, FoW, various counter spells, should all find their way in. You need to limit their disruption until you're ready to win. First, Crop Rotation, Muddle the Mixture, and Worldly Tutor are all bad for what you want to do. Second, with Summoner's Pact, you don't need to clog up your deck with all those copies of Progen and Reaper King. And to that end, you REALLY don't need Living Wish. If you're determined, try something like this instead: Creatures - 9 4x Blighted Agent 4x Glistener Elf 1x Progenitus Other Spells - 31 4x Brainstorm 4x Gitaxian Probe 3x Ponder 4x Force of Will 3x Pact of Negation 3x Daze 3x Cunning Wish 3x Blazing Shoal 4x Summoner's Pact Land - 20 4x Scalding Tarn 4x Misty Rainforest 4x Tropical Island 4x Inkmoth Nexus 3x Island 1x Forest Sideboard 1x Pact of Negation 1x Daze 1x Blazing Shoal +12 other cards There's plenty of card draw and deck manipulation in there for you to consistently find the pieces you need. Also, you won't lose to a first turn Thoughtseize.

I think with Berserk around, you don't have to play Blazing Shoal. The cheap/free pump spells in Legacy are good (berserk/invigorate/rancor).
