So I got back into MTG a couple of years ago. I've made a bunch of EDH decks since then. About half good, half bad. I was going through some cards the other day and realized that I have a sh*t ton of good Elves. I've been trying to figure out what the heck to do with them. I could put them in a deck in a 2:1 ratio with huge creature. I could ramp up big damage spells. None of that is really too appealing to me though.

Anyone have a successful EDH elf deck? Any suggestions about what to do with all of these tiny mana ramp creatures?

I mean, elf-ball is a thing.

You can go monogreen with something like Ezuri, Renegade Leader as the Commander. Generate a bunch of mana and then overrun for the win.

OR

You can do Leovold, Emissary of Trest, which give you access to three-colors that are rife with big mana combo potentials.

Ezuri decks should be easy to find. I have not been brewing much in the past year, so I have not really seen anything done with Leovold yet...but I would think something is out there.

I wasn't aware of Leovold, so thank you! That gives me an interesting direction to move in. I created a deck around Ezuri, Claw of Progress for now.
