Hi , i have sent some legacy staples to italy due to a trade we agreed on and the other party did not send me what he promised , could i take him to court if i am for example from singapore?

I'd check with Singapore authorities or get legal advice from someone familiar with Singaporean laws on international commerce. Also, if the trade originated here on MOTL, post a BTA thread.
