Do all booster boxes come with box toppers. Or is that only pre-order ones. Also what is the best booster box to buy . For playable cards not profit.

I've ordered boxes of the last 4 sets and none had the oversized cards, but some stores give out promo cards to the first 20 preorders. __________________ seancperry on MTGO

The 'BoxToppers' are now known as "Buy a Box Promos". They are almost exclusively given away by physical stores. You don't have to pre-order, but they are limited supply (10-20) and you must buy from a brick and mortar store. As for the best box to buy, it really depends on what deck you want/like, what format, etc.

I haven't seen a box topper in a long time. Never saw one in any expansion box. They were in Core Sets as I remember seeing 8th/9th maybe 10th.__________________ <Jazaray> LIQ! <Jazaray> you broke MOTL <Liq> totally <BoltBait> Don't make me kick you <Slinga> Have no fear, MOTL's janitor is here! <nderdog> So we're all agreed, it's Liq's fault, right? <Leshrac> let me deal with that * Liq has been banned

If I recall correctly, 8th edition booster boxes had the oversized cards. 9th might have as well, can't remember for sure. Not that I would recommend buying either of these, they're just the only ones I'm aware of having the oversized cards. Best box for playable cards? Depends on if you want casual or competitive playable, but I think the most fun is to be had with Onslaught.
