Shipping included in price (insurance and signature upon delivery)

Shipping within the U.S. only.

Pics available upon request.

We are saving up money for a down payment on our first home and would like to sell our entire magic the gathering collection.

I've done my best to fairly evaluate the collection and have found the the top ~300 cards are worth 900$ TCG market value. A list of these cards is below.

In addition to those top cards we have:
1 mythic rare (comet storm)
123 rares (includes 6 play sets (4 cards of the same name) and 5 foils)
~600 uncommons (6 foils)
~1500 - 2000 commons (17 foils)

Most of these cards are NM.

We are only asking 500$ (the arid mesa's alone could sell for 140-200$).
The top 51 cards listed below can go to buylists on TCGPlayer and CardKingdom right now for 297$.

Let me know if you have any questions at all.

Thank you

Sorry I didn't know what was usually done. I looked through a couple other similar posts, but I get that I'm a new user. Do people usually send money and cards simultaneously or are cards sent first?

Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for accepting the feedback without assuming context.

Since you asked, most people with 0 to few refs are happy to send first to people with many refs as long as they have current refs. However, you can do whatever you want as there are no set rules. As to my own personal experience on MOTL, I traded or bought and sold with only well established members when I was new and I sent first every time. Once I reached around 40 refs, I required members with fewer than 10 refs to send first to me. I always researched each and every member I traded with first, usually by simply checking to see if their refs were relatively current and checked the BTA to make sure they had no outstanding cases or had good resolutions to any problems that they may have had. Now, I will simul send at my discretion but usually expect to receive first to verify conditions but I always send promptly after receiving and I usually will simul with anyone well established on MOTL if they have consistent refs that indicate a regular presence on MOTL. I also maintain communication throughout each deal. MOTL provides a lot of information to properly vet it's members but you have to use it for it to be of any assistance.

Also, check your pricing data. No one values a playset of Polymorphs at $8 or even $4 right now, regardless of edition, including TCG. More info is always good but only if it is accurate info. Good luck.

Thank you so much for all this information! I really appreciate the feedback. It's much better than no replies no interest and me wondering where I went wrong.
