He informed me that the case he was working from the report I filed that he pursued as impersonating a police officer was dropped. The details of his claims to be an officer were too vague for the PA to think charges would stick, so they dropped it. However, he said that while he was working my case, reports that YOU guys filed were picked up by other officers who have worked them into 2 bench warrants against Jen Cheng. Since the charges are not of a violent nature, they will not go serve the warrants at his home. Officer Davidson said his mother is protecting him. If Jen Cheng has any interaction with Police, he has warrants. 2 of them. If he is ever charged and arrested and bonds out, I am sure Lando will update us. That info is public record. If you are on his spam list, you should probably expect some incoming.

LandDestroyer Member	posted September 12, 2020 10:19 PM Yes, I've got some additional details but since the police contacted me with some updates about the warrants, details on Jen's mental status and other details I indicated I was going to hold more of that closer to the chest until he gets served. It touched a nerve though for him because he filed a false police report against me and another motl member this weekend and then sent me a screenshot and CC'd a lawyer though I'm sure the lawyer isn't dumb enough to get involved. Jen has been doing a couple different lines lately as a result of all this. Publicly he slanders Dan Bock but privately he and his mom have been begging Dan to get the charges dropped even dan hasn't pressed charges which makes the entire the dumber. What Jen fails to realize is what people want from him in order to drop the charges and he is only digging himself deeper by filing false police reports.

WTF My understanding is that there is no a warrant for him but it hasn't been served to him as his mother is trying to keep him out of jail. Jen even filed a false police report on the 12th to try and intimidate witnesses into dropping their charges against him. He doesn't realize that won't work. He hasn't actually tried to do what it would take to get the charges dropped.

WTF Back in september the cops picked him up but didn't hold him due to covid. They have an active case against him. It sounds like if he continues on his medication, does his psych evaluation, and makes sure not to contact people they'll be lenient on him. That being said I've heard he has still tried to run at least 1 of his scams since then (the send out a pack, then try to extort you into buying stuff from him).
