just wondering if the cards in it are standard legal or not. trying to keep my mill deck strictly standard and want to use Remands and Thought Scours

no, only cards printed in Return to Ravnica block, theros block, and m14 are legal in standard. products like duel decks contain non standard legal cards, like remand and scours.__________________
