I have not seen anything else about Commander's Arsenal but the release of Modern Masters being in June makes me wonder where the next Commander product will be placed in the release schedule. Are they abandoning the summer multiplayer thing as well? WotC seems to release most products on a one per month basis and Google searching has not lead me to find any comprehensive lists for the next year.

Return to Ravnica is this far very fun to draft. I have had a good run in draft since it released, hoping I can keep the streak alive. There are times when Splatter Thugs come as late as 5th or 6th and I am a sucker for those guys.

Yeah, I thought it was awesome of WotC to give me a local GP on my birthday. Portland being a Modern format event isn't quite so great for me, but I'll figure out a deck by then and have some fun.

Thanks caquaa. Looks like I can save a bit of cash next summer as this set is certainly not something I am keen on though it is a fantastic idea for the game as a whole.

Wow, there is actually a GP in Calgary. Definitely planning to attend that one! Haven't been to an event that size since abandoning Japan.

So you guys are all confused about Modern Masters. What it really is is that they had a huge warehouse full of coldsnap that nobody wanted to buy. So they repackaged them along with a couple "promo packs" and are now sent out for your $7 pack purchasing pleasure. Discover new mechanics like "ripple" and "cumulative upkeep"! Enjoy losing on turn three to surging sentinels! Enjoy your four mana boomerangs!

I really can't express how stoked I am that they are doing a masters edition for paper, and this is coming from a guy with an extensive legacy/modern collection. I know that everyone is trying to figure out the mythic and rares, but I'm much more interested in the uncommons. Its always bugged me that I missed the boat on things like spell snare and remand, and its even more frustrating when it comes to supplying lists for friends during the occasional modern event. I will be extremely interested to see what the SCG open series does with the masters set. How cool would it be to see the invitational be a modern masters sealed event?

getting that much sealed product might turn into an issue. this is supposed to be extremely limited.

Is the trade matcher thing broken or does not one person on this site have a future sight for trade?

Awesome. Guy posts on my sales list, then sends a non-gift payment *and* mentions PayPal buyer protection if he doesn't receive, even though I would be shipping without registered mail. Really?

And now he's going to report me to PayPal. I am so worried right now.

The trade matcher ignores cards that are also set names. You'll have to use the regular search feature instead of the trading specific search.
