I'm not familiar with the judge foil distribution process. Why does there seem to be far less judge foil command towers than say SOFI, Xiahou-Dun, Flusterstorms?

Command tower was released later, give it time. Main issue is that they are all getting put into the judge's EDH decks I think.

They're not "officially" released at a Pro Tour yet.

(The ones out there are legally obtained, so don't worry about that)
