I have seen in person a saga textless foil Duress many years ago at a tourney, I believe they were in either legacy or destiny packs somehow.

Sometimes that's the case. But honestly, the people with the most impressive collections are often more "the right place at the right time" than "i dropped a truckload of money to get these" types of situations. :-)
